Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are carefully hand-packed and typically ship within 2–3 business days (Mon – Fri), excluding weekends and major holidays.

  • Order confirmation emails are sent within minutes. Once your package ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only (including Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. territories, excluding P.O. boxes).

  • Shipping costs at checkout are based on weight and location.

  • Flat Rate Domestic Shipping: $10.00 per order.

3. Free Shipping

  • Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders $100 or more (after discounts). Applied automatically at checkout.

4. Delivery Estimates

Standard (USPS) 3–7 business days
Expedited (USPS/FedEx) 2–3 business days

*Delivery times begin after your order is marked “shipped.” Actual delivery may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Track your package online with USPS or FedEx.
    Please note: The carrier’s “estimated delivery” date may occasionally differ.

6. Order Issues & Address Corrections

  • Already shipped? Please email info@thegraceupongrace.co immediately to update shipping address. We can’t guarantee changes once your package is en route.

  • If your package is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact your local carrier first. If it’s still missing, reach out to us within 7 business days from the “delivered” date, and we’ll assist.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your items upon receipt.
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us within 2 business days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll coordinate a replacement or refund promptly.

8. Non‑returnable Items

  • All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns unless there is a documented manufacturing defect or the wrong item was shipped as per Section 7.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • No international shipping—U.S. orders only.
    If we expand abroad, any customs duties & import taxes will be the buyer’s responsibility.
